How long does it take to verify my account?

We aim to verify each new account within the first 24 hours of registering, however verification can sometimes take longer if we require additional documentation.

How do I pay once I have booked a transaction?

Via a bank transfer. As soon as you have booked a transaction with us you will receive a booking confirmation via email, this will contain the relevant bank details needed in order to settle your payment to us.

What currencies are supported?

We currently offer over 40 currencies, you can view them all on our ‘which currencies we support’ page

How long does it take to receive funds?

It depends which currency is being delivered, the vast majority of our currencies can be received within one working day. For clarification regarding specific currencies delivery times please call or email us.
